Where to ship: We will ship the casket or urn directly to you or to the funeral home of your choice. Please provide us the name, address and phone number of the delivery address, and we will make the arrangements. Working with your funeral home: In 1994, the Federal Trade Commission ruled that funeral homes may not charge a surcharge or handling fee to those who wish to supply their own casket or urn to be used in funeral arrangements. Thus, funeral homes are accustomed to such arrangements. However, proper notification is required, as is consideration of the various requirements that funeral home may need.
