On more than one occasion, USF Holland has had its truck meet our delivery van at a prearranged spot after regular shipping hours have long passed. We deliver the casket to their truck, thus ensuring a timely delivery to the funeral home or family. Everyone at USF Holland has taken a personal interest in making Abbey Caskets a success. Never has USF Holland arrived late in making an assigned delivery. On time, every time.

FedEx was to deliver a casket to a very small town in southeastern Kentucky, located in a remote mountainous area. Normally, this town would have been the very last stop on the route. Instead, FedEx made the decision to run its normal route in reverse to insure the timely delivery of a casket wanted by a local family. What a wonderful gesture that showed respect for a family that had lost their elderly mother.
