Where to ship: We will ship the casket directly to you or to the funeral home of your choice. Please provide us the name, address and phone number of the funeral home, and we will make the arrangements. If you prefer to have the funeral home contact us to make delivery arrangements, please do so. Working with your funeral home: In 1994, the Federal Trade Commission ruled that funeral homes may not charge a surcharge or handling fee to those who wish to supply their own casket to be used in funeral arrangements. Thus, funeral homes are accustomed to such arrangements. However, proper notification is required, as is consideration of the various requirements the funeral home may need.

Storage of Abbey Casket for future use: If the casket is not to be used immediately, the purchaser is responsible for its care, just as one would care for any fine wood furnishing.
